Prioritize thoughtfully planned apartments rather than relying on more single-family development. Encourage mixed-use buildings that bring homes, businesses, and everyday services closer together.

03 · LIVABLE HOMES

More housing should include homes with enough usable space for everyday life. Andrea will advocate for larger apartments and practical layouts that serve different household needs.
